Against the Odds

Young Kwaku Obeng, falsely accused of a crime, comes to Accra to seek his fortune and finds a means of clearing his name. Homeless and penniless virtually alone in the world he strives against the odd in a world that owes him no favors. Will he be able to achieve his dream of becoming a medical doctor? Will his tarnished image be restored?Will he ever be able to go home again.

Meet The Author

"David Collins Kwaku Sangmor was born on 4th June 1969. He attended Achimota school For the “o” level and Swedru Secondary school, where he held the office of assistant School prefect. He furthered his education at the University of Cape Coast, where he earned a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and a postgraduate diploma in education. He taught as a science tutor at Morning Star and later Queensland International School. He later worked as the operation manager for Quest Laboratory Nationwide Health Insurance. He later resigned and followed his innate passion; writing until he passed away in 2017 completing his second novel -The Hunt. "
